Our Appointment Cancellation Policy
At New Motion Health Centre, we understand that schedules can change. To help us provide timely care to all patients, we kindly ask that you review our appointment cancellation policy.

24-Hour Notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice.
This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient who may be waiting for care.
Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments
We aim to be fair and understanding while respecting our practitioners’ time:
First occurrence
As a courtesy, the first late cancellation, missed appointment, or reschedule within 24 hours will be waived.
Second occurrence
A fee of 50% of the appointment cost will apply.
Third and subsequent occurrences
The full appointment fee will be charged.
Insurance and Payment
Please be aware that:
- Cancellation and no-show fees are not covered by private insurance.
- These fees are the responsibility of the patient.
- Any outstanding fees must be paid before the next appointment.
