Physiotherapist – Full Time, Part Time, On Site
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, evidence-based Physiotherapist to join our thriving multidisciplinary clinic in Richmond Hill. This on-site, full-time role is perfect for a clinician who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering premium, individualized care.
Your Daily Impact:
- Exceptional Clinical Care: Conduct thorough physical assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop tailored treatment plans utilizing manual therapy, precise exercise prescription, and patient education.
- Team Collaboration: Partner closely with our on-site Chiropractors and multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care plans and deliver a seamless patient experience.
- Patient Empowerment: Guide and educate clients on proactive injury prevention, functional rehabilitation exercises, and positive lifestyle modifications.
- Clinical Excellence: Maintain accurate, timely electronic progress notes and track patient outcomes in alignment with clinic and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Licensed as a Physiotherapist in Ontario, with good standing in the College of Physiotherapists Ontario.
- Strong proficiency in musculoskeletal assessments, hands-on manual therapy, and functional exercise prescription.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build genuine patient report, explain care plans clearly, and collaborate effectively with our on-site team.
- A strong dedication to evidence-based practice, inclusive patient-centered care, and continuous professional development.
- Experience with sports injury and recovery, surgery recovery and MVA are asset
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin are asset
